I have been suffering from hypertension, osteoarthritis, spinal nerve and carpel tunnel symptom. I have a weak spine and limb after my heavy fall a few years back. I relied on western medication for pain management, the doctors who I sought treatment from understood that this was not a real solution. However there was nothing much they could do. My Neurologist from Singapore General Hospital said that I might need to undergo an operation if the condition of my carpel tunnel worsened.

I too understand that long-term medication will cause me more health problems. I have read about TCM, which is a very popular treatment modality besides western medication.

But it’s not easy to find someone who can speak English and who can read my medical report whilst I am very poor in my Mandarin.
